Generating training quiz questions with AI

Draft quiz questions, learning objectives and an observation checklist from your SOPs with AI, then review every question before it is saved.

Writing good quiz questions takes time. On a draft quiz step, click "Generate training with AI" and Legion Diagnostics drafts them from the documents you choose.

What you choose

Set "Number of questions" to anything from 3 to 30 (8 by default), and choose up to 10 "Source documents". The module's own document is already selected; add related procedures or policies to widen the questions.

Reviewing the draft

Nothing is saved until you accept it.

To work with the AI assistant, click "Generate in AI assistant". The draft appears in the assistant chat, where you can ask for changes (easier questions, a different focus, more on one section) before applying the questions to the quiz.

To work without the assistant, click "Generate draft". The draft opens in the dialog with learning objectives, an observation checklist and editable questions; click "Save" to add them.

Read every question against the document before publishing. A published quiz is locked; to change it, create a revision of the module.
