Your profile, electronic signature and preferences

Keep your profile up to date, save the signature used on reports and approvals, switch organization, and choose light or dark mode.

To open your profile, click your avatar, then "My profile".

Profile information

Update your name and phone number. Your organization role is shown here, and only your Primary Site Administrator can change it.

Your signature

Click "Manage Signature" to save the signature used when you sign in Legion Diagnostics, such as when you approve an SOP, finalize a report or sign off training. Draw it or type it, then save. You confirm each signing as it happens, so saving a signature does not sign anything on its own.

Two-factor authentication

You can turn on two-factor authentication for your own account here, even if your organization does not require it.

Organizations

If you belong to more than one organization, choose the active one under "Your Organizations". The app reloads in that organization, and each organization keeps its own records and AI conversations.

Appearance and notifications

Choose light or dark mode, set which notifications you receive in the app and by email, and replay the product tour.
