Signing in, joining your organization and two-factor setup

Accept an invitation, sign in with email, Google or single sign-on, and set up two-factor authentication when your organization requires it.

Joining from an invitation

Most people join Legion Diagnostics through an invitation from their lab. The email links to a page that names the organization, who invited you and the role you were given. Click "Accept invitation", then create your account or sign in. Invitations last 48 hours. If yours has expired, ask for a new one.

Signing in

Sign in with your email and password, with Google, or with single sign-on if your organization uses it. For single sign-on, you only need your work email. If you forget your password, click "Reset password" on the sign-in page.

Two-factor authentication

If your organization requires two-factor authentication, you set it up the first time you sign in:

  1. Confirm your password.
  2. Scan the code with an authenticator app.
  3. Enter the code the app shows.

After that, enter a code from the app each time you sign in, or a backup code if you do not have your phone. Signing in through single sign-on counts as two-factor authentication.

Your organization can also require you to change your password after a set number of days. When it does, you are asked for a new one the next time you sign in.

Your first visit

The first time you open your dashboard, a short tour points out the AI assistant, the navigation and the quickest way to get started. You can replay it any time from "My profile".
