Branding your PDF reports with report styling

Add your logo, header text and colors to validation, plan, QC and proficiency testing reports, for the whole organization or one site group.

Open "Report styling" in "Organization settings" to put your lab's branding on the PDF reports Legion Diagnostics produces.

Choosing what to style

Each kind of report is styled separately: composite reports, standalone experiment reports, experiment plans, QC reports and proficiency testing reports. For each one, keep the Legion Diagnostics default or click "Customize", and apply the style to all site groups or to one site group. Going back to the default replaces your custom colors, text and logo, so you are asked to confirm first.

Custom styling

A custom style can set:

• a report logo (PNG, up to 1 MB)
• brand header and subheader text
• an accent color for the top border and a color for the evaluation box
• a badge in the top right corner
• footer text, where {date} inserts the date the report was generated

Saving applies the style to new reports of that kind only. Existing PDFs, other report types and SOP documents are not affected.
