My Queue: your tasks and the work that finds you
See every task assigned to you on a calendar and a list, from training and SOP approvals to QC reviews, PT events and certificate renewals.
My Queue lists the work assigned to you across Legion Diagnostics, plus any unassigned tasks you created. It follows the site group and subspecialty chosen in the sidebar. On this page you can also choose all site groups or all subspecialties to see everything at once.
Calendar and list
The calendar shows tasks with due dates, colored by category, with a week view beside the month. The list below shows every task with its site group and subspecialty, category, priority, the record it is linked to, when it was created, its due date and its status. Search by name, sort any column, and open "Filters" to narrow the list by category, priority, linked record, dates, status, or who created, assigned or owns a task. Completed tasks are hidden unless you ask for them.
Work that arrives on its own
Much of what appears in your queue is created for you when work is assigned or falls due:
- an experiment assigned to you, or a plan waiting for your signature
- documents: drafts you own, approvals, extra signatures and periodic reviews
- training assignments, and supervisor steps waiting on you
- quality events you are investigating, signing or following up
- proficiency testing events, calibration verification, maintenance and reagent lot changes when they are due
- QC lot changeovers and target reviews, and QC director reviews that are due or overdue
- site certificates coming up for renewal
These tasks close themselves when the work behind them is finished, so you complete the work rather than the task. Their due date and category come from the work itself. Open one to see what to do and a link straight to it.
Statuses
The "Due soon" (within 7 days) and "Overdue" statuses are set automatically from the due date, and "Completed" is set when the task is done.
