Next Steps

After completing the carryover study, document and sign off on the report:

• Document and archive — All carryover reports generated in Legion Diagnostics are automatically time- and date-stamped for auditing purposes. If your lab maintains physical records, reports can be exported as a PDF and filed in your method verification records. Documentation should include the specimen concentrations used, the error limit method selected, all 21 raw values, and the pass/fail determination.
• Sign the report — Lab directors can sign off on the report directly from the report sidebar. Reports support digital signatures within Legion Diagnostics or can be printed and signed with wet ink. Both workflows satisfy accreditation documentation requirements.
