Composite reports and signing an experiment
Combine an experiment’s module reports into one branded composite PDF with a cover and assessment, then finalize and sign the experiment.
The composite report
A composite report gathers an experiment's module reports into one PDF behind a cover page. On the experiment, open "Composite Report" and click "Generate New". Then choose:
- the cover: the Legion Diagnostics cover, or a PDF you upload
- the assessment: the Legion Diagnostics default assessment text, or your own (up to 700 characters)
- whether to include the digital signature and date
- which modules to include (modules without results cannot be chosen)
Every report you generate is kept in "Report History". The cover and pages follow your organization's report styling.
Finalizing and signing
Click "Finalize & Sign" to complete the experiment. This records your signature, marks the experiment "Completed" and locks every module. Before you sign, you are warned about anything unfinished, such as unsigned module reports, plan modules with no data, or a missing composite report.
If something must change afterward, click "Revoke Finalization & Signature" to unlock the experiment again.
Multi-analyte reports
A multi-analyte experiment also has a multi-analyte report. It combines a summary page and overview tables across every analyte, followed by each analyte's standalone reports, in one PDF. You can sign it once any module has data. Generate it last, after the analyte reports are signed.
