Next Steps
After completing the reference interval verification study, document and sign off on the report:
- Document and archive — All reference interval reports generated in Legion Diagnostics are automatically time- and date-stamped for auditing purposes. If your lab maintains physical records, reports can be exported as a PDF and filed in your method verification records. CLSI EP28 requires that the report include the measurand name, date of testing, specimen type, number of samples, reference individual selection criteria, and the verification outcome for each analysis.
- Sign the report — Lab directors can sign off on the report directly from the report sidebar. Reports support digital signatures within Legion Diagnostics or can be printed and signed with wet ink. Both workflows satisfy accreditation documentation requirements.
