Next Steps

After completing the LoQ study, document and sign off on the report:

  • Document and archive — All LoQ reports generated in Legion Diagnostics are automatically time- and date-stamped for auditing purposes. If your lab maintains physical records, reports can be exported as a PDF and filed in your method verification records. Documentation should include the measurand name, reagent lots tested, concentration levels evaluated, the CV% threshold used, the power model parameters, and the calculated LoQ per lot and overall.
  • Sign the report — Lab directors can sign off on the report directly from the report sidebar. Reports support digital signatures within Legion Diagnostics or can be printed and signed with wet ink. Both workflows satisfy accreditation documentation requirements.
