Next Steps

After completing the LoB study, document and sign off on the report:

  • Document and archive — All LoB reports generated in Legion Diagnostics are automatically time- and date-stamped for auditing purposes. If your lab maintains physical records, reports can be exported as a PDF and filed in your method verification records. CLSI EP17-A2 requires that the report include the measurand name, reagent lots tested, analysis method, number of blank and low-level samples, calculated LoB per lot, maximum LoB, and any comparison against a manufacturer's claim.
  • Sign the report — Lab directors can sign off on the report directly from the report sidebar. Reports support digital signatures within Legion Diagnostics or can be printed and signed with wet ink. Both workflows satisfy accreditation documentation requirements.
